Andi file support in DAx |

Andi files are files that are written in accordance with the Standard
Specification for Analytical Data Interchange Protocol for Chromatographic Data,
a specification set up by the American Society for Testing and Materials. It is based
on the NetCDF file format, the development of which was funded by the Division of
Atmospheric Sciences of the National Science Foundation of the USA. Many vendors of chromatographic analysis software support the Andi format, for file import, file export, or both. Among vendors and programs that support the format are Dionex, Drylab, EZChrom, Hitachi, Hewlett-Packard, Millenium, Shimadzu, Thermo, TurboChrom, Varian, and Waters. There are slight variances in the specific Andi format that is employed in the various applications. Andi support in DAx has been set up to cope with all of these formats. DAx will both import and export Andi data files. |
